Macular Degeneration (AMD)

Age Related Macular Degeneration (AMD) is one of the leading causes of blindness among American adults. AMD is also one of the leading genetic disorders that can affect eyesight. While there is not a cure or definitive treatment for AMD, supplementation with certain vitamins or combination of vitamins has been show to lower the risk of disease progression for patients with moderate to severe AMD.
